Shipping and Policies
I stand behind my work, and make it to be used and to last with proper care.
Over the years, some beadwork will need maintenance and repairs, but in the event that a piece you have purchased should break or show material defects at any time, I encourage you to return it to me for free repairs or replacement, at my discretion. You pay only shipping one way.
Remember to remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or sleeping, and to store it carefully for a lifetime of enjoyment.
Unless arrangements are made otherwise, I use US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation for shipping.
Each piece will be carefully packaged in tissue or a bubble or padded mailer.
